Being in isolation was a difficult time for humanity. It was hard, however, to isolate from the news and what was happening in the world. I heard this terrible news from Ecuador, where in the city of Guayaquil, bodies of people dying from Covid were pilling up on the streets due to lack of processes and knowledge of the virus. I recreated the map of South America. Replicated a form in clay and connected them through a red leather thread, cutting the link just at the end. I called it Southsolation.
